First Review after the 1st month - 02 July 2008

After operating 1 month as being a Cabin Manager, company decides that I need to be checked...As usual a night before, couldn't sleep well.....cos it's :-
1) first flight on a A320 aircraft though I've worked before previously in GF, but it's different, cos now operating as the CM not a crew anymore...
2) it's CAIRO flight....hmmm....cairo passengers....well...those working in the middle east airlines would know what I mean...
3) it's full flight .....going and coming back...20 in Biz and 120 in Economy...

Overall, feedback was good but need improvement in leadership skill loh....not easy to change to see things from a point of view from "an executive" to a "managerial" status....hopefully can improve in the next review which is 4 months from now....
