Unintentional meet ups with old friends....

Sometimes one of the best things about being a crew is when you get to meet someone abroad without arranging for a meet-up. These 3 years of flying, I had been very fortunate to meet a couple of my friends when i was working.

He is one of my luckiest friends of all, Han San, as I often jokingly call him a part time cabin crew. This is not the first time we are meeting. We met in Sydney 2006?I still remembered he took me to such a long 20 minutes walk near the Opera House just to snap the most sceneric picture with the background of Opera House! But it's really very nice ler, TQ :)

But the meetup in Hong Kong in June 2007 was the best. I had a 3 weeks holiday there, as Jeremy was stationed there for a couple of months. Really went around in HK, had the best food, shopped till dropped - FABULOUS!! This friend of mine brought us from local to some fine dining restaurants until I told him,..errr...Han San I think u better go ahead wif your eatery....If anyone needs any recommendations for HK food, please look for him.

I also met up wif Goofy aka Kah Kooi and Karen in 2006 in Sydney but the picture is not wif me now to prove :P

But meeting with this old secondary school friend of mine is really unexpected. Not only did I meet her - Jen Jing, I met also Kok Loon - her husband, Zoey - her daughter and JJ's brother. I met them on the street when I was there in Brussels - December 2007. Yeah, street!! What a coincidence... And the pram ( in this picture) behind is her daughter, if you could see :)

And lately, I met my good old friends from Gulf Air - Christina and Siu in London - January 2008, when I've just reached and they were about to leave. Sob sob, miss them lots.
