This has got to be one of the most boring, ugliest, memorable period in my life. I had chicken pox. It all started off with a little one on my jaw-bone, one on the chest, and thereafter it spreaded like mushroom.
Ugliest because as of now, though it had completely dried off, the marks are still there on the body. I was lucky because as it was mushrooming, before it reaching the peak, my Thai pharmacist friend, Marie recommended me antibiotic pills and cream, which stops it from growing to the rest of my face, legs and hands. Kind of scary and disgusted as the pox also grew on the sole of my foot, on my gums and also lips :(
During this 20 "colourful days" in Bahrain, the DVD player was my best fren and I should also say the only friend. Though most of my friends had chicken pox before, but it's better to stay away from people as apparently if their bodies are weak, they'll get some other kind of skin infection.
As it had been quite long since I last went on diet, it was very difficult to go on such a strict diet all of sudden. I remembered at the very beginning of my chicken pox, the only thing which I could eat was only bread and marjerine :(
Occassionally my 2 good friends Ivy and Christina, will send "home delivery" to my apartment door, ranging from vegetables, food stuffs, and also DVDs :) Thereafter they'll just leave and call me..."hey, your...... is outside" :) sweet....
Until now I do not know who had passed me this virus, which has caused me a month with only basic salary!!!!!!!!! Looks like I've to eat bread and butter for next month's destinations... :)
The picure above was taken on my first flight after chicken pox. Try spotting them, not quite difficult to see....Took me ages to cover up the "volcanoe crater" on my face with make up .....sobb.....wonder when will the scars go away....

Interesting Winnie, atleast in Wonderland's airport they don't ask for tips *smiles*
For something basic as toilet paper, one would think it would be available as free for all off the wall *grins*
